Sadly, we are unable to offer an exchange service on any items purchased. The item will need to be returned to us and a new order placed.

Yes this is no problem, however the refund will not be immediate as the item will need to be returned to head office. The refund can take up to 5-7 working days.

Once you have passed through the checkout, we are unable to make changes to your delivery address information.
