Yes, We require the first 2 orders to be settled on a pro forma basis. Once a credit check has been undertaken we are happy to provide 30 days credit.

Depending on the size & nature of the order we will either deliver by courier or pallet. Pallet deliveries will be booked in. Courier deliveries cant be booked in but notification is provided by mobile. Our average lead time is 3-5 days. There are times of the year where things can take a little longer but we do aim to dispatch very quickly.

We require all damages to be reported to our sales dept in writing within 7 days of receipt of the item. We ask that all items are checked upon receipt. Please report any instances here

Yes we try to add items to the range weekly. We don’t launch SPRING and AUTUMN ranges. We believe that everyone needs NEW all the time, so we constantly add things to our range. Just about everything in our range is made by hand. This feature of the manufacturing process is what gives each item a unique footprint. We urge our customers to embrace this feature and celebrate artisanal craft.

Some items such as candles are only available on our retail site and are not available to order on our wholesale site. There really is no margin for us to resell these items and the cost price to you would be to high for you to sell on. We do apologise for any inconvenience.
